This is a fantastic opportunity to influence key commercial decisions, lead a capable team and contribute to the ongoing development of procurement and supplier governance capabilities. partner with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Legal and the broader business to deliver end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities. Duration: 14 weeks (possibility for extension) Location: Sydney / Melbourne Work Arrangement: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Lead RFx processes, strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement projects. Drive supplier selection, contract negotiations and commercial outcomes. Develop sourcing strategies and category plans aligned to business objectives. Partner with stakeholders on business cases, procurement strategies and supplier evaluations. Ensure effective procurement governance, supplier risk management and compliance with outsourcing obligations, in-line with APRA CPS 230 requirements. Deliver cost savings, supplier value-add and process improvements. About You 6+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial management. Background within financial services, with strong knowledge of CPS 230 supplier risk management, governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong experience leading RFx activities, complex contract negotiations and supplier management. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
