This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established ERP program, supporting the delivery of a major business transformation. If you enjoy untangling complex business processes, translating business needs into system requirements, and working on enterprise ERP programs, this is a role where youll make an immediate impact. About The Project The organisation is delivering a multi stream ERP transformation built across Microsoft Power Platform with Dynamics 365 components. The solution has been custom built within the Microsoft Power Platform, making this a highly business focused transformation with significant process redesign. Key Responsibilities Include Gather, analyse and document business requirements across complex business processes. Produce high quality business analysis documentation, including business requirements and functional documentation. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system functionality. Support the analysis of current and future state business processes. Assist in documenting remaining business documents across multiple functional modules. Identify opportunities to automate and optimise manual business processes using system capabilities and emerging AI functionality. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the implementation partner throughout the analysis phase. Contribute to planning activities where dependencies exist between Power Platform and Dynamics 365 components. Maintain clear and accurate documentation within Confluence. About You Youll be someone who enjoys working in a structured project environment while building strong relationships with business stakeholders. Youll Ideally Bring At least five years Business Analysis experience delivering ERP projects within retail environment. Experience working across ERP transformation programs. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, will be highly regarded. Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP environments will be beneficial but is not essential. Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and documentation skills. Experience producing high quality business analysis artefacts. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative project team. Experience using Confluence for documentation.
